Mayor Bryce Smith of Kansas City our leader 3 1/2-inch celluloid, excellent condition. Smith was mayor from 1930-1940. Smith was in office during the height of the power of the Pendergast Machine and at which time the 1934 Kansas City Election Day shootings occurred that left four dead at the polls.
