Do these guys look like TV stars? The year was 1956 and television was just beginning to acquire what would become its gigantic political clout. Democrats Adlai Stevenson and Estes recognized this and they’re pictured on this scarce “TV Victory Committee” 2 1/4 inch litho pin. Estes in particular looks unusually ecstatic to be on a TV screen. It has a few minor nicks, but still is very attractive.
