Very unusual black and white version of the “Speak Up” Jimmy Carter pin from the Georgia gubernatorial election. This celluloid version seldom shows up for sale. Carter was elected governor in 1970 and immediately became a strong voice against segregation in the South. This 2 1/4 inch celluloid is in excellent condition.
