Eugene Foss knew how to stick with his main issue. The Massachusetts congressman and later governor is pictured on this rare presidential hopeful pin. He used the back paper to full advantage with this campaign statement: “We demand free raw materials, untaxed necessities of life, constructive tariff reduction and reciprocity. The trust of trusts is the tariff trust. The only American trust should be trust in the people.” It’s a 1 1/2 inch celluloid in excellent condition.
