Elliott Woolfolk Major was governor of Missouri in 1912. This rare pin and ribbon combination pictures Major as a potential vice presidential candidate for Woodrow Wilson. The 1 3/4 inch celluloid is in great shape and the Wilson ribbon and delegate pin are beauties. The ribbon is 3 1/2 inches, slight wear on right side.
