The Republican elephant looks like he is getting his eyes checked on this very scarce 1940 political pin. It’s a 2 1/8 inch Wendell Willkie celluloid made for Wayne County Republicans (hence the letters on the chart). Pin has a Bastian Brothers back paper and is in excellent condition.
