This celluloid pin is a name badge for a Works Progress Administration defense worker. The WPA was the largest New Deal agency that was responsible for a large number of construction projects across the country. This scarce 1 3/4 inch celluloid has a crack and missing piece in the plastic cover for the name tag area of the pin.
