Judge Julius Hoffman was a former law partner of Richard J. Daley and the district court judge who presided over the Chicago 7 trial, if presiding is what you can call it. Hoffman became the target of criticism for his handling of the trial of the protesters arrested during the 1968 Democratic National Convention. This anti Hoffman 2 1/4 inch celluloid pictures him as Mr. Magoo. It’s a classic protest pin from the era with light stain at top.
