Sarah Bagley was a legendary early suffrage leader. She founded the Lowell (Mass.) Female Labor Reform Movement in 1844 to fight for women workers in the famous Lowell factories. This rare celluloid pin is from around 1915 when Bagley’s memory was used to help raise support for the suffrage movement. It’s a 1 1/2 inch celluloid with Sillbook-Miller of South Orange, N.J., back paper. Excellent condition.
