If the groundhog sees his shadow, will it mean another term for FDR? This celluloid pin is a rare and always popular Roosevelt campaign item made for the “Groundhogs of Virginia.” It’s a 2 inch celluloid with Bastian Brothers back paper, excellent condition. A unique concept and an image you won’t find on many political pins.
