Arch Moore teams up with Ronald Reagan on this rare West Virginia coattail from 1984. Moore was governor of the state from 1968-1976; lost to Jay Rockefeller in 1980; then came back to try again in 1984, beating Clyde See. This 2 1/4 inch celluloid features the logo made famous by the University of West Virginia. Pin has some faint mottling in background as usually is the case with this pin.
