Boston’s John McCormack was a truly legendary politician. He served in Congress from 1928-1971 and as Speaker of the House from 1962-1971. This scarce ribbon presented McCormack as “A Great American” and promoted him as a vice presidential candidate. It’s a 6 1/2 inch ribbon with a couple pinholes, few light stains.
