Machinist Joseph Malloney and glass worker Valentine Remmel made up the Socialist Labor Party ticket in 1900. Malloney summed up the SLP in his acceptance speech: “To receive such a nomination either the Republican or Democratic conventions would not be an honor. But it is the greatest honor receiving this nomination from a party representing a class that robs no man, spills no man’s blood, and that stands first and foremost for justice and liberty. This rare 1 1/4 inch celluloid has some stains and a split, but is such an exceptionally rare item that you have to grab one when you get the chance. Whitehead, Hoag BP.
