The League of Nations was the dream of Woodrow Wilson and others who hoped an association of nations could prevent a repeat of World War I. The League became the center of a heated debate across America. This celluloid pin and ribbon was made for a delegate at the National Congress on the Nine Sections for a League of Nations held in February of 1919. The 1 1/4 inch celluloid has a Bastian Brothers back paper. It and the ribbon are in excellent condition.
