A very scarce celluloid pin made for Hughes Notification Day in 1908. The big event officially notifying Charles Evans Hughes of his nomination as Republican presidential candidate took place at the Claremont Rink in New York on Sept. 26. This 1 3/4 inch celluloid made for that very special day is in excellent condition.
