Herbert Hoover needed all the help he could get in 1932. This 11 3/4 inch litho license tag put a little muscle behind the president. Stamped on back: “R.S. Toth and Associates, Monadnock Block, Chicago.” Chicago wasn’t exactly the model of law enforcement during this era, but you have to start somewhere. Little bit light rust near edges, main part of this scarce license is excellent.
