Herbert Hoover's supporters took his message to the road with this campaign tire cover. The 27-inch cover from 1932 pictures Hoover and says “Have Confidence in Hoover." It's a leather cover made by the Lakeside Corp. of Milwaukee. A little bit of road wear, but overall in very good shape.
