A famous, old political song made a comeback on this Ronald Reagan campaign pin. It’s a 3 1/2 inch celluloid that says “Happy Days are heREAGAN.” Interesting that “Happy Days are Here Again” first showed up in support of Franklin Roosevelt. A young Ronald Reagan voted for FDR four times, but later had an entirely different view of happy days. This pin is in excellent condition. Auction #170 sold for $674.
