A very scarce pin from 1988 that suggested a Democratic ticket of Mike Dukakis and John Glenn. It’s a 2 1/4 inch pin that was made without a celluloid covering. It is especially intriguing because it came attached to a Richard F. Celeste card with a handwritten message at the bottom: “Donated by Richard Cordray, 1988.” Cordray most recently was attorney general of Ohio (and an undefeated five-time Jeopardy champion!) The card is not pictured here, but you can see it and the pin on our website. Very unusual item, excellent condition.
