Arthur was Garfield’s running mate in 1880 and took over as president when Garfield was assassinated. Like Item No. 2242, Arthur is printed on heavy woven paper with a copy of his signature at bottom. Some spots around edges, center of this striking11 1/2 by 14 1/4 item excellent.
