The Democratic rooster crows for a new silver-to-gold ratio on this rare 1896 campaign pin. William Jennings Bryan and Arthur Sewall supported the 16-to-1 silver to gold ratio. Marvelous design featuring the Democratic rooster, Baldwin and Gleason imprint, excellent. Sold for about $190 last auction.
