Maryland residents turned out for a Mass Meeting for Al Smith on Oct. 29, 1928, and this item was part of the proceedings. It’s a 2 1/8 inch celluloid attached to a 6 1/2 inch ribbon made to promote the meeting, held at the Fifth Regiment Armory in Baltimore. Ribbon has a couple small edge cuts at top right, pin is in excellent condition.
