Jefferson Davis was the president of the confederacy and the symbol of the Lost Cause. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid is a turn of the century item, possibly made for a confederate reunion of some sort, picturing the man who was elected president in the Confederacy’s only election. A very scarce pin, with a back paper from New York, excellent condition.
