You have to give the creator of this pin credit for creativity. It’s a rare Tom Dewey pin from 1948 that tells Democrats to get their donkey off the grass, because it’s dewy. Great idea and sharp artwork combine to make this one of the best Dewey pins. This Philadelphia Badge Co. celluloid includes the name John Kennen of Norristown, Pa. on the curl. Excellent condition, 1 3/4 inches.
