John W. Davis not only was the 1924 presidential candidate, he also argued more cases before the Supreme Court than any other 20th century lawyer, was the adoptive father of Cyrus Vance and even was part of the famous Brown vs. Board of Education segregation case in 1954. This rare print is magnificent 15 1/2 by 20 inch item autographed in pencil at bottom by Davis and by the artist, Franklin T. Wood. Exceptional condition on an exceptional Davis item.
