How many campaign pins feature the name of the party chairman in bigger letters than the presidential candidate? Not many, unless you’re in Illinois and the chairman was Chicago Mayor Richard J. Daley. This scarce 3 inch celluloid gives you a good idea about who was the most important politician in Illinois, and he wasn’t running for president. Excellent condition on this 1976 pin.
