This pin and ribbon helped usher in a new era in Washington – the administration of Woodrow Wilson and Thomas Marshall. It’s a 2 1/4 inch celluloid attached to an inaugural ribbon and pin dated for the 1913 inauguration. Pin has an edge cut at around 2:30. A rare Wilson item.
