The Wide Awakes were famous marching clubs that supported Abraham Lincoln in 1860. The group was formed in Hartford, CT, on March 3, 1860. This 8 1/4 inch ribbon is from 1884 and was made for Wide Awake veterans backing James Blaine for president. Few pinholes.
