Vote for Jimmy Carter for State Senator

A rare item from Jimmy Carter's first campaign for Georgia State Senate in 1962. Carter was serving on the Sumter County School Board when he was elected to the state senate, beginning his odyssey to the White House. This 2 1/4 by 3 1/2 inch campaign card is from that 1962 election. It pictures Jimmy on the front, lists his accomplishments on the back. Excellent condition.
