Harry Truman, Alben Barkley and Virgil Chapman are pictured on this Kentucky coattail poster from 1948. This 14 by 22 inch heavy cardboard poster is a marvelous Kentucky campaign item. Chapman was elected senator in 1948 but was killed in an auto accident in Washington, D.C. in 1951. “Count your many blessings” if this poster winds up in your collection. Slight wear on corners, otherwise excellent.
