The Lone Star State goes for Jimmy Carter on this 2 1/4 inch celluloid. Carter was on the cusp of the switch of the Solid South: he won Texas in 1976, then lost it in 1980. In fact, 1976 is the last time the state went Democratic. Excellent condition.
