Rare Al Smith celluloid with unusual Auxiliary Watcher ribbon. The 1 3/4 inch celluloid has a Philadelphia Badge back paper and has an attached 5 3/4 inch Smith Citizens Committee ribbon. It’s all in excellent condition and makes for a very impressive Smith item.
