This rare pin is certain to attract a lot of attention. It’s the first time we’ve seen it. The construction of the pin and the St. Louis Button Co. back paper certainly give evidence that this pin appears to be from the Theodore Roosevelt era and not a later pin. But it’s not listed anywhere so it will be a good project for some added research. It’s a 2 1/4 inch celluloid, light edge stain, few minor scratches. The pin is from the Bob Dawson collection.
