A simply beautiful Theodore Roosevelt jugate from 2904. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid pictures TR with running mate Charles Fairbanks and the dome of the U.S. Capitol. The occupants of the Capitol weren’t Roosevelt’s favorites – he once said “When they call the roll in the Senate, the Senators do not know whether to answer ‘Present’ or ‘Not guilty’.” He sure looks good on this button, though, whether he liked senators or not. It still has its original F.F. Pulver back paper and is in excellent condition.
