We all know about Ronald Reagan. But who is Taylor? In 1984, there were two Republicans named Taylor running for Congress: Clarence of South Carolina and long-time Congressman Gene of Missouri. One of our Missouri collectors says he is virtually sure it was Gene Taylor, so that's where we're placing our bet. This 2 1/2 inch celluloid was made by the Horn Badge Co. of Glenside, Pa. Scarce, excellent condition.
