Ronald Reagan burst onto the national scene in 1968 when he was elected governor of California, and in 1968 conservatives were busy at work promoting him for president. This scarce pin is a Reagan California press pin made for use at the 1968 Republican National Convention in Miami Beach, Florida. It’s a 2 1/4 inch celluloid, excellent.
