Look closely at this pin because it could be a long time before you see it again. It’s a rare 1 1/4 inch celluloid jugate picturing Tom Dewey and Earl Warren, made by the Philadelphia Badge Co. Both men served three terms as governors of their states (New York and California) and Warren went on to be chief justice of the U.S. Supreme Court. But they fell short in 1948 when they lost to Harry Truman and Alben Barkley. Maybe they should have had more of these pins made! Great Dewey item, excellent.
