Robert Vance Davidson was the Texas attorney general from 1904-1909. Vance wanted to be governor as this scarce 1 1/4 inch celluloid shows. He never got the state’s top job, but his efforts did result in this scarce pin with a Fred Lake and Co. back paper. Excellent condition.
