This rare 1844 white metal token has a special place in the hearts of collectors – it is considered the first presidential jugate ever made. It’s a 1 ¾ inch medal picturing James Polk and George Dallas on the front with Lady Liberty on the back. Back has a few surface marks, still very presentable, front is in excellent condition.
