Alton Parker was elected to the New York Court of Appeals in 1897. Seven years later he was running for president. This 2 1/8 inch celluloid is a beautiful, full color celluloid from the 1904 race picturing Parker. Whitehead and Hoag back paper, couple tiny surface spots, a striking pin.
