: A beautiful porcelain pinback made to promote the National Association of Cotton Manufacturers meeting in Boston, Mass., in 1909. The 3/4 inch pin is a very colorful item picturing a young lady who appears to be having trouble keeping her cotton on her body. A tried and true way to attract attention, to be sure. Excellent.
