The makers of this pin decided that anyone could call William McKinley “president,” so they came up with something a little more formal: this 1 1/4 inch celluloid says “Welcome to Our Chief Magistrate.” An unusual way to address the president on a very unusual pin. Clean design and sharp photo, excellent condition.
