Jim Hickey Spanish-American War Celluloid

Scarce Jim Hickey 1-inch celluloid from Spanish-American War, stains. Hickey was a sailor on the USS Olympia who was credited with firing the first shot at the Battle of Manila Bay. Back paper reads: "High Standard 5 Cent Cigar, made by the Deker-Boeving Co., Cincinnati."
