Confederate President Jefferson Davis is pictured on the cover of this Frank Leslie’s Illustrated Newspaper dated March 9, 1861. The newspaper included a profile of Davis and of Abraham Lincoln. This 10 3/4 by 15 inch paper is shrink-wrapped. It shows some wear on left side, overall looks great with the portrait of Davis taken from a photo by Matthew Brady.
