James M. Cox was elected governor in 1912, lost in 1914, then came back to win again in 1916 and 1918. He is still remembered as one of the most successful reform governors in Ohio’s history. This rare 15/16 inch celluloid is a super Cox Ohio campaign item in excellent condition.
