This very colorful print pictures James K. Polk, president-elect of the United States. It was published in 1844 by Currier (before Ives came along to help out). Old frame shows some wear but looks very good with this old print, which is in excellent condition. With frame, item measures 12 1/2 by 16 3/4 inches.
