This New York campaign item from 1928 is a rare and impressive Herbert Hoover coattail item. The 2 1/8 inch Hoover celluloid is attached to a Hoover-Ottinger and Victory ribbon. Albert Ottinger ran against Franklin Roosevelt for governor in 1928 and lost be less than 1 percentage point. Eight inches tall, overall excellent condition, a truly dramatic display item.
