Here’s a really different Herbert Hoover campaign item from 1928. It consists of a Hoover paper portrait in metal frame with a clear plastic cover front and back. Attached to top is a “1928” celluloid pin. It’s a rare, unlisted 1 7/8 inch item. The picture below the plastic appears to be creased on the left side. Overall, a very unusual and attractive item.
