This is the first time we’ve seen this remarkable Harding-Coolidge item made for the 1921 inauguration. It’s a magnificent piece that consists of a rare Harding-Coolidge jugate attached to a medal made in the shape of the state of Indiana and a ribbon and pin with the date of the inauguration. This exceptionally rare Harding piece is 8 inches from top to bottom. Harding was famous for his vow to “return to normalcy” but there’s nothing even remotely normal about this item. It’s an exquisite badge in excellent condition.
