The Happy Warrior is pictured on this dramatic, giant Al Smith banner from 1928. This is a red, white and blue, oilcloth type banner attached to heavy wooden bars at top and bottom so it lays out nicely. The banner measures 39 by 59 1/2 inches and is a real beauty. Some faint spotting in the Smith lettering, Amalgamated Lithographers of New York City union bug at bottom corner.
